Annual report
The Director of Public Prosecutions submits an annual report to the Attorney-General in accordance with the requirements of section 15 of the Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1973 (the DPP Act). The report covers the performance of his functions during the 12 months ending on 30 June of the reporting period.
