Due to COVID-19 all criminal trials have been suspended until at least 21 July 2020.
Currently the Supreme Court is not dealing with any cases involving witnesses appearing in person. This Office will endeavour to keep complainants updated by telephone or email as the situation develops.

Pleas of guilty and bail applications will continue to be dealt with via video link. Complainants will be contacted about these matters as required.
